Shipping

No one likes to pay for shipping! Which is why we offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all our products. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are several countries where we are unable to service deliveries. Whilst the average delivery time is on average 7-14 business days, we ask that you check our standard delivery times guide when placing your order. When you place an order, these delivery times factor in the availability of your items as well as the distribution points needed to get your parcel to you. To see the expected delivery times for your country please click here. We currently do not provide Express Shipping as a service.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item/s purchased and your delivery address. Please ensure that you're checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us so that we can follow this up for you.

Order Tracking: All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Changes & Cancellations: Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason after 24 hours. All orders are fulfilled after 24 hours of receipt of your order and your purchase will already be on its way to you.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Please note that some countries process deliveries through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on imported products. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. In some instances where we are aware of possible customs import tax we will write low value on parcel to minimize any customs duty you may be required to pay.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of the contiguous USA and Australia. Returns shipping . We are currently unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges, so we ask that you check the size guide for each product carefully before placing your order.
