All products are shipped after a 24 hour period of you placing your order and can expected to be delivered to you within the below timeframe:

We currently do not deliver to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Tunisia and Vietnam.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
We currently do not provide Express Shipping as a service.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item/s purchased and your delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you're checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.  If you have not received an order confirmation email please  contact us so that we can follow this up for you.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3-5 days once your order has been placed to receive the tracking number.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason after 24 hours. All orders are fulfilled after 24 hours of receipt of your order and your purchase will already be on its way to you.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that some countries process deliveries through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on imported products. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. Please note that in some instances where we are aware of possible customs import tax we will write low value on parcel to minimize any customs duty you may be required to pay.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of the contiguous USA. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more detail. For any questions or concerns please  contact us.

Please go to our tracking page here to see the exact location of your order. Our shipping partners deliver parcels upon timing stipulated above. On the rare occasion, there are delays and delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames. Please  contact us after the specified timeframe above if you have not received your order.
Yes we do. Delivery can take a little extra time and we appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately after 24 hours of placing your order with us processing and shipping will have commenced and details on the order after this time cannot be changed.
