ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason after 24 hours. All orders are fulfilled after 24 hours of receipt of your order and your purchase will already be on its way to you. Please advise us within 24 hours from the time of placement of the order that you wish to cancel. After this time, your order can NOT be cancelled as it will have been shipped. Please email us at hello@islandvibeswimwear.com with the subject line as CANCELLATION and include the payment receipt email that you would have received directly to us, specifying which item/s should be cancelled. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased due to incorrect size. For this reason we ask that you carefully check the size chart on the product you wish to order. Please note that each style of swimwear may have their own individual size chart. For any questions or concerns please contact us

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date that your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are several types of products which are exempt from being returned:
• Gift Cards
• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded.
• Earrings: Due to hygiene.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of the contiguous USA. All international sales are considered as final and are considered not eligible for return or exchange. For any questions or concerns please contact us

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with an authorization code together with the closest distribution centre address via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that if you return an item without an authorization code, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

 

REFUNDS

Please note that a refund will gladly be offered in the following circumstances:

• Order was cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Incorrect item was delivered
• Order was not delivered

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please go to our tracking page here to see the exact location of your order. Our shipping partners deliver parcels upon timing stipulated here. On the rare occasion, there are delays and delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames. Please  contact us after the specified timeframe if you have not received your order.
