Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, item/s purchased and your delivery address.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us so that we can follow this up for you.
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order and processed for shipment and you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3-5 days once your order has been placed to receive the tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number you can check the status of your delivery anytime by going to our Order Tracking page here.
Unfortunately after 24 hours of placing your order with us processing and shipping will have commenced and details on the order after this time cannot be changed.
Once you place your order with us, you will have a 24 hour period where you can change the size with us. To change the size please contact us so that we can make the change for you as after 24 hours of placing your order we are unable to make changes to the order as it will have shipped.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange your items due to purchasing an incorrect size. That’s the very reason why we ask that you check the size charts carefully before ordering. But don’t worry, we want you to be happy, so please contact us so we can work with you to make sure you get the correct size.
Please refer to our How to Measure page here as it will show you exactly where the size chart for each item is located. It is always under the Add to Cart button.
There can be a 1-3cm difference in manual measurements so we always recommend to go up to the next size. For example: If you’re in between a small and a medium, we would recommend to purchase the medium.
Yes we do. Delivery can take a little extra time and we appreciate your patience.
We can delivery to almost every country however, we currently do not deliver to Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Tunisia or Vietnam.
It doesn’t happen often and we are so sorry that this happened to you. Please contact us immediately so we can work with you to replace the item for the correct size.

Our bikini sets come as 2 pieces based on the individual size chart. Unfortunately we can’t mix and match sizes between sets. You are welcome to purchase 2 sets of the same bikini to mix and match. If you would like to do this, please contact us so that we can provide you with a unique purchase code, as we would like to give you a special discount for the second set.
We are constantly checking our inventory levels and this usually happens due to the item being really popular. Don’t worry, the item will be restocked quickly, but please contact us with the details on the item you want to purchase and we will liaise with you directly to let you know when it is back in stock.
